Support mute segments #30

SponsorBlock has had mute segments for a while (https://wiki.sponsor.ajay.app/w/Mute_Segment) and this should be relatively easy to implement since there is already muting for ads.

It should be quite easy as the presentation and logic is the same, just need to figure out how to schedule checks for the end time, I can try having a go at it

Do you have an exemple of a vido actually having a mute segment? I can't find any.

You have to enable mute segments in the extension or add &actiontypes=[skip, mute]
