write co.early.fore.kt.retrofit.InterceptorLogging in kotlin, and use ForeDelegateHolder #70

The class co.early.fore.kt.retrofit.InterceptorLogging is implemented in java, would be better if it was implemented in kotlin and using ForeDelegateHolder (see also this issue)
