salvage does not work #126

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. turn on salvage

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I expect to see throne room cards disappear.  I see nothing

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
I was using 2.04 and 2.05.  Windows7 and Windows vista.  Using Firefox and 
monkey and Firefox and *scriptish (vista).  same effect on both.

Please provide any additional information below.

I go back to version 2.03 and it works
