other bots cannot hear or see attack color or sound #135

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. i use multil lang others donot on KOC
2. send attack or scout i cannot hear sound when they are being attack/scouted
3. likewise in reverse they cannot hear or see either

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
