Cresting Error #145

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. auto cresting

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
keep getting error with cresting tab

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
2.0.8

Please provide any additional information below.
same thing was happening with power-bot and looks as though they might have a 
fix can someone do the same here or incorporate their fix somehow?

OS is Windows 7 and browser is palemoon, firefox, and cometbird all the most 
up-to-date versions.
