auto transports not working #162

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.did delete and reset and they still don`t work 
2.
3. cannot auto transport anything from city to city

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
just would like the auto trans to work with the new city the briton

ok found out why.... i had the minimum amount set to high cause you can only 
see five digits... i had to reset it the amount of troops...
