tower alerts have stopped working #184

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.uninstalled bot then reinstalled
2.reset everything and did false attacks and had people attack
3.attacks post but no longer alarms sounding to alert me

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
alarm sounds no alarm sounds

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

multilang 3 0 3 9b win 7
Please provide any additional information below.

have to use sep bot with alarms on sep browser just to get alarm sounds

updated to 15 version and still no alarm sounds

never mind fixed it. had to go into tower and hit default and the hit play
