re-assign not working and crest not working #193

What steps will reproduce the problem?

What is the expected output? What do you see instead? When selecting tab for 
re-assign, nothing shows up. Cresting will not set target, therefore will not 
run.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
vn 3.0.3B31 on firefox 19.0.2, windows 7

Please provide any additional information below.
