dark forest search #194

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. turn on dark forest search
2. troops are set, cites set 
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
search to continue ; first loop completes, displays next numbers then stalls.  

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
3.0.b33; MAC OS 10.5.8 do not think it is my system.

Please provide any additional information below.
  all sow  options--> reset; nothing happens.
