Script missing tools tab #201

 after refreshing the Gui is off center, chat on rihthas to be reset, the left small script icon is missing .     screen headers are off to the right 
What steps will reproduce the problem?

using windows 7 and windows 8  there used to be two script icons a folder with 
a planet in it and one with something else,  the one on the left (something 
else  is missing , im thinking it is the tools part of the script ??
