Special Troops not showing up in reassign tab #203

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. clicking on the reassign tab
2.
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I expect to see all my troops listed, instead, I am missing the Executioners 
and Siege Walls, all others are there.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Version: 3.0.3b38, windows xp on pale moon browser.

Please provide any additional information below.
