Not Updating #217

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. updating from 3.0.3B75
2.
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I expect to see B77 but instead I don't see any form of Multilang

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
I was using 3.0.3B75 on Win7

Please provide any additional information below.

This is what I see when I do any updates.  I now have to go all the way back to 
3.0.3 and still have issues getting 3.0.3B79

I am also having an update issue after I lost my copy, all I get when I try to 
download the latest version all I get is the following message.

Server Returned 404 not found
