not recieving alliance help on builds #224

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Build help IS posting, but then it says the project is already completed, 
but actually it isn't, & NO help on the build is showing ,.. JUST started this 
on google code update B104

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
