What steps will reproduce the problem?
New member to alliances sometimes join to inform others about reins... The are
able to look at the reports instantly on the alliance report tab and relay that
information to their other alliances.
A fix would be to have an auto alliance rein report delete. This would prevent
anyone from seeing the reins had been dispatched to the person being attacked.
