Alliance Spam has a bad background/type color scheme #62

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. An alliance Spam message
2.
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?  It needs a different 
color background.  Right now it's kind of a sick green with white type, very 
hard to read.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

KoC Power - Multilanguage 1.2.5 on WinXP Pro 64-bit

Please provide any additional information below.
