What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. just fill in some items like the gauntlet or courage and refresh

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I see 0

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
latest version just downloaded it ;)

after changing quantity swich craft off then back on setings saved

Mine does the same thing and also dark forest and transports.. after a refresh 
everthing reverts back to 0 and I have to reset them all over again. Is there 
anything I can do ??
