Send appropriate headers for v12sp09
Obsolete OriginalRequest as it is not available in v12sp09
Make sure version is retrieved in cases where we need to know
Add ability to create a http connection from an existing connection
- Allows to use the same session but on a new thread (no-rollback)
Optimize ConnectedAmlSqlWriterSettings.GetProperties
