Please add a component called "Identity Manager" to the tools section.
I am thinking of two tree widgets side-by-side which both list the available identities and their members, where you can add or remove identities by drag&drop.
Then, add a nice report listing selected identities and their members (and user information like email, logon_enabled state etc.)
