Issue #9 : Add the headers when copying from the table #183

Changed the copy policy to include the headers when CTRL+C from the table.

Hi Eric,

I am using a version with this patch integrated for a couple of days and it turns out that it is not as convenient as I thought it to be. Often you only need to copy a single value from a cell and in this case it is very unfortunate to always have the header included. I have prepared another solution: Add context menu actions to the table to either: “Copy without headers (CTRL+C)” or “Copy with headers (CTRL+Shift+C)”. This is a much better solution, so I would revert the merge. Sorry.
