Make one preferences dialog instead of multiple actions #55

Currently, settings like timezone, timeout etc. have thier own actions in the menu. Most likely some more features will be added in the future, so it probably would be nicer to have one dialog where all the settings can be manipulated instead of invoking one action after the other.
