RTF Image not converting #46

@erdomke Please check #33 if you can as I specified an issue there. I don't know if you care closed issues. I cannot attach an RTF here, it is there :) sorry.

That file contains shapes instead of plain pictures which is why it is not handled currently. I'm not sure how to handle shapes going forward.
