I looked at the template - if there are no objections - I'm going to spin one out real quick and you can decide which one to use...
This link should work to get a template: https://www.dropbox.com/s/j2bkwzp62oneld6/template1.pptx?dl=0
Let me know if you think it'll work
By the way - the current thought is for @sciedburrows and I to get into Portland sometime Thursday June 4th so that we can meet with you guys the morning of Friday the 5th for you to do your presentation. @profroyk had orginally mentioned a 10AM PST time slot - but do you guys want to go ahead and try to find/block off time now?
Hi Mike. That template looks great! We noticed a significant improvement over the original.
We're all on board for the presentation time slot of June 5th, 10AM PST if @profroyk is still ok with it.
@profroyk are you still okay with June 5th @ 10AM PST? @sciedburrows and I are finalizing travel plans!
I officially asked to be excused from the faculty meeting that morning. Shouldn't be a problem other than it's one of the last ECE faculty meetings before the Fall.
I'll let you know Roy

Moot point, now. I got excused from the Faculty staff meeting on 6/5 so either Thursday PM or Friday AM would work for me.

Let's just keep the original Friday time block then since the team had already blocked it off! On May 11, 2015 11:39 AM, "profroyk" notifications@github.com wrote:

Works for me. Friday 6/5 starting at 10 AM.
Are we still planning to do lunch after we meet and before the poster presentation?
That would be awesome - might need to pick a place nearby (ish) since we'll be on foot / public transport!

The deadline for the poster is a week from this Wed -- 8:00am Wednesday, May 27th. Also, this piece from Kristin:
If you haven't already, let me know by Friday, May 22nd if your group will need a power source and/or a small table to demonstrate your project.
I emailed Kristen for the demo table and power source.
If you need extra time on the poster creation, I can always get it printed up until the day of (would need the file by that Thursday). I'll just need the pptx file. Your choice - just let me know.
Hi @erebuslabs, thanks for that offer. We've got a draft of a poster almost ready for submission so I think we'll hand it off to the college tomorrow to print, but we'll also send the file over to you and @profroyk for review. Please look it over and provide any feedback you may have.
We have an opportunity to reprint through the school as well as your offer so we'll likely make some revisions, including adding some pictures of the full system once assembled, in time to print a final for the presentation. We'll make sure to get a file to you by that Thursday if we do go that route.
Original poster printed and in LID space desk, second poster sent to Mike 03 June 15 for review/print.
Part of the e-mail from Mark Faust has been posted for our poster presentation as a reminder of the deadline.
"Just a reminder that the capstone poster session is Friday, June 5th from 2:00 to 5:00pm. You should arrive in the EB atrium no later than 1:30pm to attach your poster and set up any demonstration your team plans.
A template for your poster can be found on the capstone web site (www.ece.pdx.edu/~faustm/capstone) under the Forms tab. Final poster size is 3' x 4'. I strongly recommend that you borrow an LCD projector from the ECE Department and position it so that the projected image is 3' x 4' and ensure that your text and graphics are readable. Once you're happy with the poster email a PDF file to Kristin Horst (cc:ed on this message) no later than 8:00am Wednesday, May 27th so that she can have your poster printed before the poster session."
