Regardless if you already have or not - we'd like a snapshot of your perceptions at the end of this project - can you gentleman = please take a moment to fill out the following survey- it shouldn't take you more than 20-30 minutes (we're not looking for chapters/books).

You can also fill out the online version using the google form here

Since I believe we have most of your initial surveys - we really just need this completed before we show up in early June.

Hey Mike, I know we completed this survey near the start of the project, so my first reaction would be to simply review my own submission and see if anything has changed. Would you prefer that we approach this without reviewing our initial answers?
