Programmer Boards #94

Construction of the programmer boards has been started, and the designs are uploaded to the repo. These designs are matched to the pin assignments for the 4 layer boards we ordered, not the prototypes.

Two boards are complete. A third is in progress (but isn't in the locker at the moment, did someone take it?)

Yeah Dan, I took one. I thought you were done, sorry. I was just going to put the 6-pin header on it at home but I never got to it. I put it back in the locker.

The third one needed its vias soldered as well, since they arn't plated. I was just concerned I had dropped one since without the connector on it the board is tiny.
