Right out of the package.
For the repair a couple if the 0603 packages lifted up during reflow, so we will need to reheat it by hand for each we find.
Way to wear the swag! Like the boards! Any issues besides lifting of the 0603's?

Currently we have not found any issues that are keeping us from moving forward. There is a minor clearance on the bottom edge on the males DB-9 connectors that may have caused an issue once the boards were encased (blocks still connected out of case), but a correction is already implemented.
We are taking down the process so we can make improvements for the next round as well.
The lifted packages have been fixed, and all the boards are reflowed. 48 of the blocks have connectors attached and Greg has been running tests with the first set to come out. One of the male connector posts detached from when he was working with it, but unknown if it was a cold joint or too much force (the connectors are new, and quite stiff still). There is a convenient seam on the edge of the connectors and boards that a bead of epoxy would add a great deal of strength if needed.
The enclosure laser test cut seems to be ideal for the four walls and the pot with its guide post is also correct. Acrylic has been picked up and is currently in the locker. The only changes at this point laser wise is the block top face (needs LED cuts still), and any modifications to the wheel design. To be safe when the next cuts are done (1 sheet, 5 blocks of side walls), it will be fitted to blocks like the test cut to ensure the design is good before we do the remaining 47.
50 blocks worth of the enclosure side walls (connector faces) have been cut, and 20 have been placed around the boards and taped. Nothing is glued yet.
LEDs soldered, current drawing for the top lid on the block enclosure is mirrored wrong. So currently the three holes on the lid are in the incorrect position and offset wrong for assembly. The current batch are corrected, but I will have to get back to the drawing to adjust it. Only the pots need to be added before the blocks can be sealed.
Blocks are encased and awaiting final testing prior to last glue. Closing issue.
Boards are in progress. Jacob, Greg and I managed to get 48 out of 52 in the oven tonight. They still need inspection and some will need minor repair.
