Just checking in:

do you need anything from @sciedburrows or myself ( @erebuslabs )?
what's happening/status update?
any blockers?
any questions?
how can we help you?

We're planning on getting in to Portland on Thursday June 4th around noon. We have commitments already lined up Friday Morning through the poster presentation in the afternoon. With that - we're hoping that you would be able to schedule your final presentation Thursday afternoon. Please do let us know once you are able to find and confirm a time.

Mike,

Thursday afternoon, June 4 would work for all of us. Let's plan that.

Updates:

The GUI that I have been working on is essentially done. You can see/test it here: https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/sensor-platform-programmi/ghjmbemmjbadggjnjabagibnminkedke?utm_source=chrome-app-launcher-info-dialog
I've defined and written a protocol for transmitting the config info from the GUI to the device over a serial connection. I tested it locally with a windows console app. It is now being integrated into the device firmware.
The second board revision is being fabbed now and we should receive it this week. Meanwhile Steve has been testing the rev 1 board as much as possible.
We have gotten most of the firmware modules functional, currently working on SDIO.

At this point it is mostly integration, testing, and documentation. I can't think of anything off the top of my head that we need from you, unless you have ways of assisting that I haven't thought of.

For the record, I will be out of town and out of contact May 19-26, so if there is anything you need from me, please let me know.

It'll be close if we take the MAX (Flight lands @ 1:10 + deplane + MAX schedule ~2:45 at the earliest)- but worst case we'll grab a cab. 3:30 would give us cushion time but again - if it's already set - we'll make it happen!

We have the room reserved for 3 hours, and I don't foresee the demo taking very long. I would say feel free to take a leisurely pace.

We just heard from Dr. Zurk that unfortunately Thursday at 3:30pm doesn't work for her, but she is available on Friday, June 5th, 1:30-3:30pm. Could you possibly meet during that time? We totally understand your limited time in Portland so if Friday does not work for you, we keep our current scheduled meeting on Thursday with you, and will plan another presentation with Dr. Zurk and the three of us.

No problem. Not sure if we told you the location of our meeting. We have reserved the conference room in the L.I.D project space, next to the EPL lab, in FAB 60. Finding the room might be a little bit tricky, so one of us can meet you in the lobby of the engineering building first floor (if you know where it is) to go together form there. Would that work for you?
