Good Afternoon Sensor Team @golriz9 @cjn566 @eulerworks !

First off, how are you all doing? Hopefully you feel like you're in the final stretch!

I just wanted to gain a sense for where you (as a team) feel you are at in terms of deliverables both for "me" / erebuslabs as well as for your course documentation requirements.

With respect to the project proposal - what do you feel like you've nailed, gotten working, or came close on or dropped off the list?

What can I do to help? I've seen the preliminary poster in github as well as some of the March/April meeting minutes but wanted to know if there was anything I could assist with. If you've printed one copy of the poster already and are thinking about a revision let me know - I can get you a printed poster as long as I have a PDF by next Wednesday.

Do you have a time set up for the presentation next Thursday?

And finally - $Money$ - do you have receipts/BoMs that I can reimburse? I pieced together that you have fabbed some boards? I know those aren't free - and you weren't expected to pay for those upfront/out of pocket. Send me info (summarized/totaled with receipts would be better for my accounting) and I'll get you money. We can always do it when we're in town next week but again - the earlier I know - the better.

All the best, Mike

Sorry for late reply; as you know it's end of the term and so many things are going on! :)

Thanks for following up with us. Regarding the receipts, all the hard copies of the receipts have been kept, but OSH Park, where we sent our boards for fabrication to, only provides electronics receipts. I can send you OSH Park electronic receipts, and also provide the hard copy of the other receipts when we meet in person on Thursday. Please let me know if you have any other preferences.

We completed our poster by using ideas from the template you kindly shared with us and combining them with our own ideas. Haven't received the printed copy yet, but the electronic copy is attached to this email if you would like to take a look at it. We will let you know if we need to revise it when we get the printed version.

We are also mindful of the deliverables, but don't have a confirmed list for you yet, we will provide it to you during our presentation.

We're looking forward to seeing you and Andrea on Thursday. Regards, Golriz
