I didn't realize you posted this as an issue in the repo, since we all got an email. I replied by email a while back, but I haven't gotten a response, so I'll repost what I wrote here:

Hi Mike and Andrea,

Sorry we haven't checked in with you for a while. We do, however, keep all of our Weekly Progress Reports in the repository, in the "WPR" directory, which you can feel free to review at any time. I will try to keep the repo updated every week.

Recently, our focus has been creating the project proposal presentation as per the requirements of the capstone. We would love for you to attend the presentation, remotely if necessary. You will know the date and time as soon as we do.

We've attached a list of requirements for this project based on the conversations that we've had, and we would like you to look them over. We are fairly confident about these requirements, and so we are going to move forward with the proposal, but if there is anything that isn't consistent with what you had envisioned, or if you have any questions or need clarification about any of the requirements, please let us know.

We have determined that the date and time for the proposal presentation is going to be Tuesday, February 24 at 12 PM, if you would like to teleconference. Let us know so can be sure to be prepared with the appropriate hardware and connections.

Spectacular - yes - we would love an invite (google calendar + hangout? - to borowczak @ gmail and andrea.c.burrows @ gmail) just so that there is no confusion on time blocks across timezones :)
