On lical server - ok. On global server - error. #93

Hello!
gapi on local server works well, and get info from GA. But when I run script on 
global server i get error:

usageLimitsuserRateLimitExceededUnregUser Rate Limit Exceeded. Please sign up 
https://code.google.com/apis/console

Why? What variants?

In addition to my first comment:
On local server: PHP 5.3.1
On global server: PHP 5.2.17
gapi version: 1.3
