Example Word Document for doc2xml? #372

I'm experimenting with loading a document into eRegs. I've tried running doc2xml.py on several word documents of varying complexity, but I keep getting a StopIteration error. Is there an example of a DOCX that the tool can parse so I can look at the expected format?
