Performance - Top speed, acceleration configuration #11

Base addon aircraft seems to have lower top speed and accelerates slower than the real model.

Investigate the intended flight performance in other simulations and implement it in the addon; post findings here.

As a side note, Fitter is supposed to be quicker but more sluggish alternative to Su-25 so orient relative performance accordingly.

Top speed was supposedly physically limited by ~1.7 Mach - M4 mod had a fixed front radar cone, which had the higher drag ratio.
