Fix "JoJo's Bizarre Adventure: Stone Ocean Part 2" redirect #115

The AniList-only redirect somehow does not work and gets overridden with the ! redirect, so I'm removing it again (didn't test this earlier, my bad).

Added back the !, and now it properly redirects again. Truly bizarre.
