Using feeds in Atom format #578

can i add this https://rssmixer.com/feed/anime-and-raws.xml file for feed in taiga/data/feed its a mixed feed of my personal shanaproject follow and some raws from ohys and nyaa.si

RSS Mixer outputs its feeds in Atom format. Taiga currently only supports RSS feeds.

P.S. Next time, please don't put the entire text into the issue title.
