getCarrierinfo #31

Is it possible to get carrier name, i understand due to the option of number porting the new provider may not be updated. I am ok with stale or incorrect data

At the moment, it doesn't appear to be the case at least that function call is not available. I suspect it could be done but the functionality of the Java script would need replicating.
