This PR contains the directory for the Witch of Agnesi test case for the JAMES paper. This test case is from Giraldo et. al and is the same as in ClimateMachine2.0.
The test case is in DryRegTests/WitchOfAgnesi_JAMES. The figures show the stretched mesh (has 10 points in the mountain height of 1 m), and the comparison of the analytical initial condition with the computed initial condition for the potential temperature and pressure for the test case.
The animation shows the evolution of the vertical velocity.
