<Pixel GSI, Android 10, A-Only> <Santoni (Redmi 4X)> Google Chrome versions newer than 74 is unusable

Describe the bug It freezes within a 1 minute after opening app and then shows error. No additional flags activated. Default app. Happens on Stable, Beta, Dev, Canary (On every version >74). Happens only on Android 10. There was also a lot of people indicating this issue in 'Android 10 GSi' Telegram group. Issue presented on every build, at least since DP4 and to 20190926/20190927. In addition installed Magisk 19.5 in order to receive logs.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Update built in 74 Chrome Stable in Google Play Store
2. Open it
3. After a minute it freezes shut
4. Error message appears within next 10-20 seconds indicating that Chrome is not responding and it gives an options to 'Wait' (Nothing changes) and 'Close app' or 'Send Feedback' to Google (Crash Report)

Expected behavior Expected for it not to crash ¯_(ツ)_/¯

2. I want to share Chrome Crash Report from /data/user/0/com.android.chrome/cache/Crash Reports/, but I don't have any logs in that folder after crash (Sending crash reports enabled in Chrome settings). There is an option to 'Share Feedback' with an option to attach 'System log' (Chrome info, System Log, Event log, etc) but I don't know how to extract logs from there. I took some screenshots of this info and attached it in .zip: Chrome Send Feedback Info.zip

Its vendor side, a guy on telegram said that it get fixed for him after adding DRM 1.2 (clearkey) commits.
