QoL: Allow users to directly switch to a specific team_chat

Users tend to prefer having a button for switch to a channel such as

say_team_mod admin say_team_mod clan

aside from cycling through all the posibilities

after cycling is it saved on the cfg at some point? (client) @erfg12

Both cycling and setting a specific chat type is supported I believe.
