Add links to subtitle in syntax dir

Related #142.

In the file indexes.md, added links corresponding to the title and subtitle.

Some links are not linked to any subheading.

I'll leave this one for a few days.

Then review it again and copy it to other Ja, zh_CN and zh_TW.

Symbols have multiple meanings, so I gave up and added links for each meaning.

Where there is no link, there should be no explicit explanation, at least in the syntax directory.

After reviewing and fixing any mistakes, copy this to the other indexes.md.

In-page links are broken in other languages and will be removed when copied.
