Create Erg scripts and resolve #345 🎉
- Partially using Python to solve some problems Erg can't seem to do now
- Currently probably not supporting Windows
CI to automatically synchronize translation_status
Currently there are items that do not work because the URLs are incorrect, correction of the URLs or file names will fix it
