I think it would be useful to make the cost for promoting listings cheaper. The promotion price could be based on demand so if few people are doing it, then the cost goes down. If too many people are promoting, the cost goes up.
Also, 3 and 5 days seems to short of a time period. Perhaps the time period could be 1 week or 4 weeks.
