Removing hotspots #30

Some data has hot pixels or extraneous features that should be ignored in fitting. Currently the only way to exclude these points is with the fit ranges but that does not always work, a better way to remove hotspots is needed.

A feature has been added called iaw_cf_min and 'iaw_cf_max` which can be used to remove a region of the IAW spectrum
