Different behavior of F11 on different versions of GNU Emacs #284

If I run ergoemacs on GNU Emacs 24.3.2, F11 moves the cursor one line up but if I run ergoemacs on GNU Emacs 24.3.91.1 or 24.4.50.3 the following message is shown and F11 makes GNU Emacs full screen.

Removing 【F11】 (<f11>; [f11]) because of globally bound toggle-frame-fullscreen

F12 always move the cursor up.

I don't use 24.4; I haven't updated the changed global keys. One change is F11. Therefore, ergoemacs-mode thinks in the new emacs that you wanted f11 to toggle fullscreen.

If there are any other keys that are removed as you startup, let me know.
