Also clean up and correctly renumber the section headings in ergoemacs-mode.info

This is fine; I can't recall but I think this was generated somehow.

It says in the HTML that "It was written in emacs org-mode and exported to HTML using o-blog." but o-blog states that it has been deprecated and is no longer maintained.

Thats right; Everything was written in org-mode and exported to html and/or texinfo.

Thank you for your help. This probably needs to change, but I don't have the time to change it.
