Update Mac instructions to swap Command and Alt #495

The build failure looks unrelated to my change. The build is trying to get old versions of emacs from cassou's PPA. Cassou put up a note that they will not be maintaining these old packages. Looking around, Redhat/Centos 7 still ships with 24.3, so it might be better to get it from there.
