DAO Search and filter

• probably needs an API update since the list of DAOs will have the "load more" button (or is infinite scroll the better option?), so when you search it won't be just a front-end filter of the displayed DAOs but rather a backend search of the database of all DAOs
• This will apply to paideia website and dapp landing page
• Similar functionality may be useful for proposal and discussions section? And what about on the landing page for a DAO where you side scroll proposal cards.. what is the limit there?

The limit is more of a performance thing. Need to test and see what works best.
