Help messages when biometric are invalid #133

Many users do not understand the misleading system-side error messages for the following cases:

[x] iCloud backup restored on other device -> biometrics not working
[x] Android biometrics set up, authentication changed
[x] Android biometrics set up, authentication switched off
[x] iOS biometrics set up, authentication changed
[x] iOS biometrics set up, authentication switched off

These error cases should be catched and along with the original message, a hint/link to the FAQ should be shown
