Update portuguese translations

Hello! The motivation for this PR is to translate the language 'pt-pt' and 'pt-br' to keep up-to-date with the English version. I updated the Brazilian version in the best way I know, to mitigate the gap between them ('pt-br' and 'en').

This isn't the best benchmark since languages can change drastically between them, but... :)

The English translation file currently has 422 lines.

Before:

Portuguese (Portugal) -> 301 lines
Portuguese (Brazil) -> 183 lines

After:

Portuguese (Portugal) -> 419 lines
Portuguese (Brazil) -> 419 lines

I've not tested the length of the word/sentences on "a screen" but I believe they are roughly the same as in English, but please let me know if something needs to be changed!
