Feature [blocknotify] #2080

It would be nice to have something like blocknotify. This is a flag from bitcoin core which executes a command when the best block changes, %s represents blockhash.

Usage

blocknotify=curl "https://someurl.com/blocknotify?transaction_hash=%s"

This can be added in ergo.conf
