Uncheck all folder and subfolders. Check all folder and subfolders #103

Hi, first off, thanks much for the extension.

Please add a menu option to uncheck "All folders and sub folders" and also "Check all folders and sub folders".

On first use, when I unchecked the parent folders I thought that meant all sub folders were also getting unchecked. That did not happen to be the case. So stuff got sorted which I did not want sorted . Since I backed up the bookmarks file I was able to restore to the original one. I must say that I did not fully read the manual.
