Bookmarks toolbar cannot be ordered manually any more #63

Thank you Eric for porting the add-on to Firefox Quantum.

However this new version has some big issue that makes using the add-on a challenge.

The option of ordering the bookmarks toolbar manually is gone. This is a real blocker. Yesterday when the add-on update was launched I literally saw the bookmarks of this toolbar moving from one side to other. I was asking myself "what is going on here?!". I've got 80 bookmarks on the bookmarks toolbar with hidden text using the Roomy Bookmarks Toolbar add-on (I'm using Firefox 56 at the moment). And now the bookmark order of the toolbar got totally messed up with the update. :(

Would it be possible to bring back the option of not ordering automatically the bookmarks toolbar?
